Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or user‑experience (UX) design. Experience with information architecture and product strategy. Experience designing for business‑to‑business (B2B) or enterprise systems, software as a service (SaaS), billing, or lifecycle management. Experience with visual design. You will work on high‑impact projects like live plan editing, dynamic CTAs, and integrating user affinity signals to deepen personalization across Google surfaces like Search and Gemini. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $159,000–$231,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Collaborate with product leads, engineers, and designers throughout the product cycle to translate requirements into systems. Partner with user experience research (UXR) to evaluate usability and trustworthiness, iterating on designs based on feedback and affinity signals. Communicate design strategy and rationales to internal and external teams through storytelling and advocacy for the user experience. Design and define the user experience for the Reader Revenue Manager suite, focusing on business generation and engagement features.
