The Senior Revenue Manager develops and leads the analysis and execution of the revenue strategy for all properties in their portfolio and oversees the execution of strategy and process for KOA’s Owned and Operated Assets (OAK) revenue management team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Hire, train, manage, and develop current and future revenue management team members Together with leadership, develop and lead revenue strategy for the OAK portfolio as well as each property in their select portfolio. Ensure Commercial Strategy meetings lead by the revenue team have clear objectives and provide strategic recommendations that optimize revenue. Monitor industry and market trends, demand generators, and competitor strategy to identify opportunities and concerns. Support in developing annual budgets for properties. Provide dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget/revenue target comparisons for the OAK portfolio. Work closely with cross functional leadershipto develop and maintain interdepartmental communication and goals. Work with Field Marketing team to develop marketing strategies ensuring alignment of pricing and promotional goals. Assist with building processes and procedures to drive efficiencies and standards across all revenue functions. Required Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality or hotel management. 4-7 years of hands-on revenue management experience with some responsibility for forecasting and pricing Multi-property experience Excellent communication and relationship building skills Deep and broad quantitative and analytical skills Strategic planning skills Highly computer literate with a strong command of Microsoft Excel Ability to use Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI Strong listening, oral and written communication skills Familiar with sales, marketing, research, planning, and market analysis Ability to travel Preferred Education and Experience: MBA. Supervisory experience. CRME Certification, or the willingness to seek certification upon employment.
