Director, Corporate Talent Acquisition & Strategy

Blue Origin is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition for corporate teams in the Seattle area. You will own strategy, build enterprise recruiting playbooks, and partner with executives to deliver scalable hiring across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal.
You will lead a high-performing team of recruiters, establish accountability structures, and use data-driven insights to drive efficiency and quality. Travel up to 15% and experience with program management are required.
