Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

We are seeking experienced CNC Operators/Machinists for three urgent openings on the 3rd shift. Join our fast-paced, quality-driven environment where you will be responsible for the operation of a specific machine cell. You will initially train on the 1st shift and will transition to the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and equipment.
• Run CNC machinery, including Victor lathe, press, and Wissner.
• Ensure consistent part quality and collaborate effectively with team members to support production flow.
• Follow 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Perform manual machine setup and breakdown.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and verniers.

Essential Skills

• Experience operating and/or setting up CNC machines and lathes.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform manual machine setup.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience with CNC machine operation.

Work Environment

The 3rd shift operates from Sunday 11:30 PM to Thursday 7:40 AM. Training will be provided on the 1st shift. Adhere to all safety, quality, and production standards in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Deptford, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $62316.00 - $62316.00/yr.

• Pay starts at $29.96/hr, + $1.64/hour shift differential for 3rd shift (union position pay increase in Nov to $31.01) - Can train to move to Class A $31.48 (& increase to $32.58 in Nov) • Overtime required based on business needs

This is a fully onsite position in Deptford,NJ.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 7, 2026.
