Cerner Clinical Tower LeadLeadership: The Tower Lead has operational responsibility for all Cerner Clinical Applications delivery activities for the Managed Services Businesses. The role is responsible for ensuring that services to the Client are delivered in line with the contract and the agreed SLAs. Tower Lead is accountable for customer satisfaction within the Client environment, provides leadership support and direction to teams. Ensuring that the resourcing and capability is appropriate for delivery. Reporting and operations review discussionsCustomer engagement: Strong client facing skills, articulate tower roadmap, Presentation and writing skills. Ability to understand SoW / SLA and able to review service credits/penalties. Experienced in Risk identification, treatment and management, Clinical Portfolio: Provider Notes, Ambulatory, Message center, Dynamic Documentation, Powerforms, IView, Mpages First net(ED), Surginet Very good Understanding of Cerner EHR and integrated components, including Cerner preferred partners and products. Preference toward and RN or licensed clinician Financial: Costing skills and understanding of competitive benchmarks / metrics
