You might be the right fit if you:Switch easily between leading a team meeting, inspecting a client site, and solving an urgent scheduling challenge.Coach cleaners on technique just as confidently as you resolve issues with facility managers.Thrive in environments where no two days are alike.Keep multiple moving parts in sync with strong organizational and tech skills.Have the professionalism to handle tough conversations with respect.Believe in doing things right the first time — and holding others to the same standard.Your Mission• Build lasting relationships with clients and staff that result in retention and satisfaction.• Lead a reliable, well-trained, high-performing team.• Master "The RamClean Way" — our systems, standards, and tech tools.• Keep operations running smoothly, even when the unexpected happens.• Drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and service delivery.Key Performance Goals• Training Completion: 100% on-time for new hires and underperforming staff.• Overtime Control: Maintain OT % at or below branch target, with variances documented and corrected.• Safety Standards: ? 95% toolbox talk completion; ? 98% PPE and process audit pass rate.What You'll Do• Lead and manage janitorial staff across multiple Columbus-area sites.• Oversee scheduling, inspections, and quality control to maintain premium service standards.• Partner with recruiting to hire and onboard top performers.• Daily reporting and reviewing using GPS-based mobile app (Swept) - approving hours, identifying GPS errors, etc.• Coordinate with sales and operations to onboard new clients and specialty services.• Performing comprehensive account inspections to maintain excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.• Manage supply ordering and inventory.Qualifications Required:• 2–4+ years in janitorial/facility or multi-site service leadership.• Strong people leadership and customer communication skills.• Comfort with mobile apps for time, inspections, and messaging (Swept preferred).• Working knowledge of safety practices (PPE, chemical handling, slips/trips).• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work some 2nd/3rd-shift audits.Preferred:• Bilingual in Spanish and English.• Experience with BrightGo app.• Experience meeting operational KPIs for training, safety, and cost control.• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in compliance with applicable laws• Experience with cleaning equipment such as floor scrubber and carpet cleaners.• Ability to drive golf carts, forklifts, and other small machinery like ride-on scrubbers.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $65,000/year + performance bonus tied to KPIs.Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Group & Additional Life Insurance.401(k) with Employer Match.Paid Vacation & Holidays.Supportive, high-energy culture with direct access to leadership.Real opportunities for growth as we scale.Why Top Performers Choose RamClean• Your work matters — and your results are noticed.• We operate with trust, quality, and service over price.• You'll have autonomy backed by leadership support and tools.• We're growing fast — you'll help shape what's next.
