Senior Front Office Business Analyst – FICC
Seeking a Senior Front Office Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience supporting FICC trading businesses, with deep expertise in derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX, and fixed income products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of front-office trade capture, pricing, valuation, and risk workflows across trading platforms and post-trade ecosystems. This role will partner closely with traders, sales, operations, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; translate requirements into well-defined Jira epics and user stories; and drive delivery within an Agile framework. The candidate should have hands-on experience with pricing and valuation platforms, trade lifecycle management, market data integration, and front-office booking systems. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to bridge business and technology teams while ensuring solutions align with strategic trading and operational objectives.
