Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently) Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree considered 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience HR Generalist background strongly preferred Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Our client is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Specialist to join their growing team in Camarillo. This individual will serve as the right-hand partner to the HR Manager and play a key role in supporting a variety of human resources functions.
