Job Description
The Property Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility. Working both independently and as part of a maintenance team, this technician handles a wide range of maintenance tasks using company-provided and or personal tools. The role involves regular basic repairs and preventive maintenance to keep property in excellent condition.
Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance orders
Service and or inspect HVAC systems regularly
Carry out unit flip tasks; carpet removal, replacing plumbing and light fixtures, appliance installation
Capable of the physical demands that include lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling, or carrying 60 lbs. from floor level to overhead position
Inspect equipment for safety and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
Complete preventive maintenance activities
Respond to emergency repair requests promptly

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in property maintenance

Preferred Qualifications
Technical certification in property maintenance or related field
Knowledge of electrical systems maintenance
Experience with plumbing repair
Understanding of HVAC systems
Painting skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective time management
Good communication skills
Adherence to safety compliance standards
