Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
• Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized patient care plans.
• Perform routine procedures, such as intravenous infusions and vital sign monitoring.
• Understand and apply the facility's fingernail policy for patient care safety.
• Float between units as necessary and maintain adaptability in differing care environments.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Good attitude, positive mindset, and team player.
• Ability to care for patients and team members with compassion and professionalism.
• Without full-time, part-time, or PRN status within associated facilities.
• Driver's license required for distance verification. Compliance with facility's geographical requirements ensured.
