Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading company in the food products and fundraising industry to hire a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal project supporting customers during a busy ordering period.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and order-related needs via phone
Provide guidance on available options and help customers make informed decisions
Gather information to ensure customer needs are accurately addressed
Accurately enter and maintain information in company systems
Participate in training activities and practice exercises to build product and process knowledge
Learn company offerings, processes, and customer service best practices
Utilize internal resources and reference materials to support customer interactions
Support customized customer requests while following established guidelines
Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks
Requirements
Previous customer service experience required
Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods of time
Strong communication and active listening skills
Creative mindset with the ability to follow established design standards
Work Environment
Fully onsite in Chicago, Illinois
Fast-paced customer service environment
Seasonal project role
Assignment expected to run through November/December
Compensation
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
