We are a fast-growing IT Services/Managed Service Provider based in White Plains, NY and we are looking for a System Administrator to join our team for a full-time role. This position requires you to support clients remotely and on-site as needed. Our onsite clients are primarily in Westchester County and New York City. We are looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic, enthusiastic about technology and wants to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and a nice personality.

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:

• Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and Windows 10
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows Servers are required
• Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP
• Experience with Office365 is required
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• In-depth knowledge of networking
• Knowledge of RMM tools such as ConnectWise is a plus
• College degree and certifications are preferred
• Prior MSP experience is a plus
• Cloud experience such as Azure, AWS is a plus
• Multi-tasking is a plus
• Leadership skills and ability to delegate is a plus
• Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80-$90k

Work Location: On Site with travel to client sites in NYC/Westchester County (White Plains, NY)
