Event Staff - Line Lead

Adecco is seeking enthusiastic and efficient Line Leads to join our client’s team for the upcoming convention in San Diego, CA – Monday 7/20/25 – Sunday 7/26/25. Line Leads will provide excellent customer service and assist guests with event-related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for pop culture, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage event lines accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain knowledge of event details, pricing, and promotions. Qualifications Customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for pop culture, and conventions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends. Ability to stand for extended periods. Perks and Benefits Hourly pay starts at $17.75.
