Infor HCM Consultant

Optomi seeking an experienced Infor HCM Functional Consultant to support the stabilization, optimization, and adoption of a recently implemented Infor HR platform. This consultant will serve as a hands‑on subject matter expert, partnering closely with HR and IT stakeholders to improve system usability, increase user satisfaction, and maximize the organization’s investment in Infor HCM. Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise across the Infor HCM platform, including system configuration, workflows, reporting, and business process optimization. Partner directly with HR users and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and improve day‑to‑day system utilization. Support remediation and optimization efforts stemming from Phase 1 implementation activities. Serve as a trusted advisor and functional counterpart to Infor technical resources, ensuring proposed solutions align with business requirements and best practice. Assist with Phase 2 initiatives while helping internal resources build platform knowledge and expertise. Deliver hands‑on training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to HR and IT staff to increase long‑term self‑sufficiency. Identify opportunities to improve adoption, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience. Required Qualifications Extensive experience supporting and configuring Infor HCM/HRIS solutions. Strong functional expertise in HR business processes, workflows, reporting, and system administration. Proven experience supporting post‑implementation stabilization and optimization efforts. Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption. Excellent communication, training, and knowledge transfer skills. Experience serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor OneHR or related Infor HCM platforms.
