Senior Consultant

Eruditio is an education and training company based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. Our team of experienced educators specializes in adult education and corporate training, both nationally and internationally. We are dedicated to providing knowledge and learning opportunities through various mediums, including face-to-face sessions, e-learning, coaching (both in-person and virtual), and video. Role Description This is a full-time Senior Reliability Consultant role at Eruditio. As a Senior Reliability Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the development and delivery of training and project task completion for our reliability implementations. This role allows for flexible work location but does require travel up to 3 weeks per month. As a Senior Reliability Consultant, you will collaborate with clients, assess their needs, design and deliver solutions using our award-winning learning programs and consulting processes. You get to help our client succeed! We work with some of the coolest clients in locations that are stimulating to be a part of. Qualifications Experience in corporate training and adult education Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories Strong presentation and facilitation skills Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions Proficiency in e-learning platforms and technology a bonus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients Experience in the implementation of reliability and asset management Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
