As a Security Officer - Experienced Concierge in Scottsdale, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access awareness through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe building activity, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by assisting with visitor directions, monitoring property conditions, and communicating clearly with property management and/or emergency personnel when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
