Our Client Service Specialists are responsible for:

• Scheduling and Lead Management you will be responsible for customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
• Managing Expectations with Customers You'll guide customers through their projects and manage their expectations.
• Create Life-Long Customers You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way and consistently deliver a great experience that wows every customer

• Able to help solve our customers problems
• Excited to understand, believe in, and abide by the Mr. Handyman values
• A team player who is capable of working independently
• Excellent in customer communication
• Highly organized and a self-starter
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• *Not required but a plus if you have experience with Service Titan Customer Management Program.

Job Requirements:

• Live within commuting distance of our office in Scottsdale Air Park.
• Have professional communication and phone skills.
• Have 3+ years of experience in an office setting.
• Available Monday - Friday.

Benefits & Pay:

The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 and is dependent on your experience. Paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time.
