Skill set
- Minimum 3 years IP auditing at teaching/trauma facility
- IP Credentialed (CCS, RHIA, RHIT)
- 3M CAC experience Recent Epic experience
Greatest Challenge and Top Short-Term Goal
- Maintaining current on both retro and concurrent audits.
- Getting used to the systems and where to find all the information within Epic. Also, to familiarize themselves with the doctors
- Productivity: 2.0 cph (concurrent and retro combined)
- Quality standard is 50% of accounts have changes (# of accounts with changes/# of accounts reviewed)

- Level I-IV Trauma Centers
- Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
- Major teaching facilities
- Children’s Hospital
- Ortho & Spine Hospital
- 2 Rehab facilities
- Women’s Hospital
Technology/Software
- Encoder: 3M 360 CAC
- EMR: Epic
- Additional: eCharms (abstracting) and eValuator (audit tool)- training will be provided
