Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic
Location- Elizabeth City, NC

Sobieski New Homes of Richmond, VA is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic to win repeat business by doing quality installations and Startups of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction homes. J.F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is an $100-million mechanical contracting company that serves Delaware, South Eastern PA, Richmond-Williamsburg, Virginia, and Maryland markets. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC MECHANIC

Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
Knowledge of applicable state codes
Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
