Accounts Payable Specialist

Bedrock Landscaping LLC is a growing landscaping company based in McKinney, TX. We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our office team and help our financial operations running smoothly. Position Summary The AP Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable, from invoice processing to payment reconciliation. This role requires a reliable, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative office environment and can manage a steady volume of vendor invoices and purchase orders. MUST BE Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner. Match invoices to purchase orders (PO knowledge required) and resolve discrepancies Set up and maintain vendor records in QuickBooks Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Reconcile accounts payable ledger and vendor statements monthly Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues Assist with month-end closing tasks related to AP Maintain organized digital and physical filing of AP documents Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Required: 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience 1+ year of hands-on QuickBooks experience 1+ year of general AP experience Stable work history - Ideally at least 2 years in the same role, with minimal job hopping Purchase order (PO) processing experience Prior experience working full time in an office setting (not remote-only backgrounds) Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish Able to consistently work 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday Lives within approximately 30 minutes of the McKinney office Preferred (but not required): Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field Experience with multiple accounting software platforms beyond QuickBooks Background in construction, manufacturing, or landscaping What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time hours in professional environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Bedrock Landscaping
