Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Experience treating orthopedic patients

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4x10s
• EMR: Web PT
• Productivity: Approximately 12 patients per 10-hour day
• Caseload includes primarily orthopedic patients from adolescent to geriatric populations, with student athletes and approximately 10% neurological patients including post-CVA cases already through rehab
• No pediatric or infant patients
• One-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Aides are used to supplement treatment, with 3 aides available for support on the floor
• 6,000 square foot treatment space with a large gym and in-ground therapy pool
• PTs do not get in the water
