Job Description
Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule: 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 16 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience
- Current nursing license in the state of assignment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of travel experience required, preferably showing renewals

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department
- Assess and triage patients in a fast-paced environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Compliance / Notes:
- Block scheduling not guaranteed
- COVID vaccine is no longer required but highly recommended
- Orientation and training sessions may be required prior to starting the assignment
