We're seeking a Structural Project Engineer with experience in designing structural systems for large industrial and warehouse facilities. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and project managers working on complex projects up to $500 million for leading brands in the food and beverage industry. This key role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and mentorship within a values-driven environment that prioritizes teamwork and professional growth.Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Civil, Structural, Environmental Health & Safety Engineering, the Project Engineer will:Contribute to the structural engineering portion of major projects across industrial, commercial, science + technology, and workplace sectorsCollaborate on all structural engineering deliverables including data collection, design, specifications, contract documents, shop drawing review, and construction coordinationCoordinate proactively with multi-discipline design teams to achieve innovative, buildable solutionsServe as a mentor and technical resource for junior engineersQualificationsBS in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis) required5+ years of structural design experience requiredProficient in the design of structural steel, concrete, masonry, cold-formed metal framing, wood framing, and foundation systemsUnderstanding and knowledge of structural requirements for precast and tilt-up concrete projectsDemonstrated proficiency in producing structural construction documents within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM environment using RevitProficiency in structural analysis software, such as: RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, Tekla TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, RISA, CFS, Anchor Designer (Strong-Tie), Hilti Profis, Ideastatica, Excel/VBAWhy HixsonLocated at the base of historic Mt.
