Description Project Coordinator Location: Middletown, CT (Hybrid) Salary: $40-50k Would you like to work in an environment that welcomes your innovative ideas? A fast-paced local technology company seeks a client facing Project Support Coordinator. Typical job duties include: Work closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers & Operational Support Work under the direction of a Project Manager Provide administrative support during retail installations, including generating internal tasks for team members, requests for shipping, procurement, and manufacturing. Review reports and follow up internally and with partner vendors on open items to ensure open items are completed. Generate work orders for install vendors Schedule vendors Support directed by the Project Manager in other project and internal database-related tasks Work with vendors to coordinate troubleshooting on site installations. Audit of internal database Maintain database Travel to clients as needed, approximately 10% on average Position Requirements Must have experience in MS Office applications JIRA experience is a plus College degree preferred Must have excellent communication and organizational skills Must be able to read, write, and speak English Reliable transportation We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
