Additional details of the contract are below: $250 START BONUS Position: Physical Therapist - Home Health Location: Mount Vernon, IL Pay Rate (Local): $65/hr Total Travel Package: $2,726.00/week * Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package * Taxable Wages = $1,480.00/week Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,356.00/ week Schedule: 8 hour days ; M- F 8 AM - 4:30 PM mileage reimbursement for all visits Coverage Areas: White, Hamilton, Franklin, Saline Duration: 12 weeks (extension likely) Requirements: 2 year of experience as Physical Therapist Provide home Physical Therapy evaluations, and education to home health patients.
