We’re looking for a TABP to own the full cycle of University Relations & Recruiting in our world-class Aeronautics organization. You’ll build and manage strategic relationships with target universities, partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce. This position is based in San Diego CA, aligned to one of our core Aeronautics Systems sites for mission critical programs and key university partnerships, and will require up to 25% travel, particularly during peak campus recruiting seasons. In this role, you will: Build and manage strategic relationships with target universities and student organizations aligned to our business needs Establish and maintain long-term university partnerships, including faculty, career service, and student organizations Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to build a sustainable early career talent pipeline (i.e. engineering disciplines and emerging technologies) Maintaining a “keep warm” strategy for our candidates across the academic cycles Screen, assess and present qualified early career candidates aligned to defined hiring profiles Partner with hiring managers to refine candidate criteria and selection strategies Manage full life cycle recruitment for regional and site-specific early career and intern hiring requisitions Collaborate with Enterprise and Sector UR&R teams to participate in university partnerships Update candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity Develop and analyze UR&R metrics Develop and implement process improvements that drive operating excellence The successful candidates will have exposure to the college recruiting space and display the ability to consult with all levels of internal and external customers, including students and University partners, Hiring Managers, and various levels of leadership Basic Qualifications for an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner: High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / University Relations OR Bachelor’s Degree and 0 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting / University Relations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance Travel required up to 25% Must be based in San Diego, CA or within a reasonable commuting distance Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle recruiting through offer accept Proficiency in Workday and Eightfold Previous TA experience in Corp recruiting environment TA experience within the internship and early career arena #J-18808-Ljbffr Acro Service Corp
