Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, balance, and coordination
- Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatments as needed to achieve goals
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma (or compact eligibility)
- New graduates encouraged to apply—we value fresh perspectives
- CPR/BLS certification required (or willing to obtain)
- Previous rehab or hospital experience is a plus, but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
