Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, including weekdays and weekends, based on facility needs
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies
- Participate in patient care conferences and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred
- BLS certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
- Skills in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans
- Ability to document accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Adaptability to changing patient needs and schedules
