We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and empathetic Sleep Center Associate to assist with vital front-office clerical and clinical support operations. In this role, you will serve as the crucial organizational link between our patients, sleep physicians, and referring medical offices.

Key Responsibilities

·       Data & Order Management: Enter medical orders accurately into our electronic tracking systems and scan pertinent medical history directly to sleep physicians.

·       Patient Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and proactively call patients to guide them through expectations, preparation, and follow-ups.

·       Streamlined Scheduling: Coordinate, schedule, and confirm diagnostic sleep studies based on provider directives.

·       Professional Liaison: Manage daily correspondence and smooth communication pathways with external referring physician offices.

·       Insurance Navigation: Verify insurance benefits and secure prior authorizations as needed to ensure seamless patient care access.
