Location: Hybrid Role |Scottsdale, AZ 85250

3 days remote, 2 days in office (Tuesday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, or Wednesday/Thursday)

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday (30-minute lunch)

Training Length: Two days, quick training

Job Summary: This is a clerical/administrative position with a heavy emphasis on data entry and electronic filing. The clerk provides support pertaining to the operating functions of the area, department, and/or region .

Provides operational support for entering, reviewing, and validating submission data and insurance-related documents within applicable rating and business systems. May retrieve and compile relevant information from authorized third-party websites and sources to support submission processing and data validation. Performs administrative, office technology, and department-support duties as assigned. Ensures all responsibilities are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and company requirements.

List of Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize complete submission packages for underwriter review and potential quoting.
• Review submission materials for completeness, accuracy, and required supporting documentation; identify missing or inconsistent information for follow-up.
• Prepare and validate information and supporting documents for endorsement processing within applicable business systems.
• Assist with data entry, document management, correspondence, and workflow activities related to the brokerage team.
• Provide general administrative and operational support for brokerage team priorities, including special projects and other assigned tasks.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, company, and data-security requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· 3+ years of general office experience- filing, data entry, word processing, typing, or related administrative support functions.

· Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

· Introduction to insurance or knowledge of and/or experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

· Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.

· Able to work efficiently with focus and excellent time management.
