As one of the fastest-growing luxury lifestyle brands, Greyson is opening a new boutique in the heart of Downtown Birmingham, and we're looking for an exceptional leader to help bring it to life.

At Greyson, our Store Managers are known as Den Managers because they do much more than oversee daily operations. They build teams, cultivate relationships, create memorable experiences, and become an integral part of the communities they serve.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury retail, thrives on building genuine relationships, and wants to play a key role in establishing one of Greyson's most visible locations. We're looking for a leader who is well connected within the Birmingham and Metro Detroit community (or excited to become one). An existing network, local relationships, or loyal client following is a significant plus.

As a Detroit-based brand experiencing rapid retail growth, we're looking for someone who is excited to grow alongside us and help shape the future of Greyson Retail.

Our Downtown Birmingham boutique will be one of Greyson's premier retail destinations located in one of the Midwest's most vibrant luxury shopping districts and representing an exciting next chapter in our continued retail expansion.

What You'll Do

As Den Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the boutique while creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.

• Lead the successful opening and ongoing operations of Greyson's Downtown Birmingham boutique.
• Deliver an elevated, hospitality-driven customer experience that reflects the Greyson brand.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and become a trusted style resource within the community.
• Leverage your local network while developing new relationships that grow Greyson's presence in Birmingham.
• Create and execute community events, client experiences, and local partnerships that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
• Drive sales performance while fostering a culture centered on service, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ensure exceptional visual merchandising and operational excellence throughout the boutique.
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to grow the business.
• Represent Greyson throughout the community as a passionate ambassador for our brand.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings both leadership and entrepreneurial energy.

You have:

• Leadership experience in luxury retail, premium apparel, hospitality, golf, country club, or lifestyle brands.
• A passion for building authentic relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong networking skills and a genuine desire to become part of the local community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a business.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.
• A proactive, positive approach and confidence to lead by example.
• Existing connections within the Birmingham or Metro Detroit community are highly valued, though not required.
