Associate - Real Estate Finance

Overview A law firm seeks an associate to join the Real Estate team in New York, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary practice, engaging in business development and client-facing activities. Close acquisitions and dispositions and negotiate commercial leases. Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements 3-5 years of real estate finance experience. Experience with commercial, healthcare, auto, office, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties. Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois or New York. Education J.D. degree with strong academic credentials. Certifications Admitted to the bar in Illinois or New York.
