Location: Downtown Oakland
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year, plus Comprehensive Benefits
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Onsite
LHH is partnering with a dynamic and thriving firm located in Downtown Oakland, committed to delivering exceptional legal services, in seeking a Reception/Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet clients, manage calls, and direct inquiries.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail promptly.
- Scanning and Copying: Assist with organized document scanning, copying, and filing.
- Time Entry: Accurately record and input time data into relevant systems.
- General Administrative Tasks: Refill copiers, monitor supplies, and maintain common areas.
- Learning and Growth: Embrace new challenges for professional development in the legal field.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior admin experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask efficiently with a positive and adaptable attitude.
