The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities infrastructure.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations within the facility.
- Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized services and projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and facilities staff.
- Plan and execute facility expansion, renovation, and relocation projects.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing budgets, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Experience with CMMS software and preventative maintenance programs.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS implementation and optimization.
- LEED certification or experience with sustainable building practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for space planning.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
