Check us out and see why we have been named one of Crain's Best Places to Work!Responsibilities:LMA (Lead, Manage and hold Accountable).Coordinate client engagement.Demonstrate technical proficiency.Effective client communication.Create career goals and objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.CPA (or EA) certification required or actively near completion.3 - 6 years of experience in public accounting.Ability to work in a team environment.Experience leading and reviewing the work of others.Strong written and oral communication skills.Working knowledge of:Assurance applications (CCH ProSystem fx Engagement, CS Professional Suite, Checkpoint).Accounting software applications (Quickbooks).Tax research database and planning tools (CCH, Checkpoint, BNA or comparable).Tax compliance software (Axcess Tax or comparable).Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
