Senior M&A VP: Lead Advisory & Deals

Santander US is seeking a Sr Associate / VP in Investment Banking to lead the origination and execution of complex M&A transactions within the firm's advisory group. You will manage deal processes, oversee financial models and client materials, and serve as the primary contact for clients while developing new business with senior bankers. Requirements include 6+ years in corporate finance M&A, a Finance/Business degree (MBA preferred), SIE, 79 and 63, and the ability to work under pressure and #J-18808-Ljbffr Santander US
