About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of its multi-site interventional psychiatry practice. The COO will be the key figure in translating the Physician Owner's vision into the daily operations of the business, with a focus on scalable infrastructure, financial and risk management, payer and referral relations, compliance and governance, and brand and market positioning. This executive will be responsible for leading a large team and must have a proven track record in scaling organizations, particularly within physician-owned or multi-site private practice environments. The role demands a leader with a Master's degree and over 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, who is adept at managing the complexities of multi-site growth and has a strong understanding of California labor laws and healthcare compliance. The ideal candidate for the COO position at the company will be a systems architect, capable of building and managing the operational systems that support the business. They should be data-driven, with the ability to create and present performance dashboards, and have a strategic growth mindset, particularly in the area of medical office build-outs. Interpersonal finesse is also a key competency, as the COO will be expected to partner effectively with physicians and medical directors, balancing administrative responsibilities with the need for clinical autonomy. The role is critical in ensuring the practice's continued success and expansion, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the company's position as a leader in advanced mental health treatments.
