About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal leadership role in driving operational excellence and leading various initiatives in alignment with the organization's mission. The successful COO will be responsible for scaling and optimizing operations, with a strong emphasis on innovation, and must be ready to lead the organization through its next phase of growth while ensuring that all activities remain mission-focused. Key responsibilities for the COO include strategic planning, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's operations. The role also involves fostering a culture of operational excellence, and collaboration, and ensuring that the organization's values are reflected in all aspects of its work. The COO will be a critical partner in the Food is Medicine movement, advocating for the national expansion of medically tailored meals, and will play a significant role in the continued success and impact of the organization.
