Discover more at dsmihealth.com\n\nYour key responsibilities\n\n * Drive sales, conversion, and category growth on Amazon by identifying opportunities through competitive, category, and performance analysis.\n * Lead new item launch readiness, including Vendor Central setup, catalog accuracy, and resolution of operational or chargeback issues.\n * Manage forecasting and partner closely with cross\u2011functional teams to ensure supply chain needs are met and demand signals are accurately reflected.\n * Optimize product detail pages through best\u2011in\u2011class content, SEO\u2011driven copy, PXM tools, and continuous A/B testing to improve discoverability and conversion.\n * Translate complex sales, traffic, media, and operational data into actionable insights that influence strategy, programs, and business decision\u2011making.\n * Connect media performance (Traffic, CVR, NTB, TACOS, AMC, AMS, DSP) to business outcomes and collaborate cross\u2011functionally to proactively troubleshoot and drive growth.\n\n\n\nWe offer\n\n * Unique career paths across health, nutrition and beauty \\- explore what drives you and get the support to make it happen\n * A chance to impact millions of consumers every day \u2013 sustainability embedded in all we do\n * A science led company, cutting edge research and creativity everywhere \u2013 from biotech breakthroughs to sustainability game-changers, you\u2019ll work on what\u2019s next\n * Growth that keeps up with you \u2013 you join an industry leader that will develop your expertise and leadership\n * A culture that lifts you up \u2013 with collaborative teams, shared wins, and people who cheer each other on.\n * A community where your voice matters \u2013 it is essential to serve our customers well.\n\n\n\nYou bring\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration (Master\u2019s in Analytics preferred) and deep knowledge of digital content, SEO, ecommerce best practices, and PXM tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo).\n * Hands\u2011on experience with analytics platforms such as Pacvue, Stackline, Helium10, AMC, DSP, and curiosity to explore emerging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Amazon Rufus.\n * Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills, with 2\u20134 years of Amazon Vendor Central experience (Seller Central a plus) and product forecasting expertise.\n * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and full fluency across Microsoft Office applications.\n * Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights.\n * A collaborative mindset with a sense of urgency, skilled at driving alignment, resolving issues proactively, and challenging the status quo with creative, innovative thinking.\n\n\n\nThe salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant\u2019s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100,000-$140,000.\n\nIn addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
