Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant, ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role includes setting restaurant goals, creating plans to achieve them, and leading a team of Assistant and Shift Managers.
Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant and meet customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and develop plans to achieve them.
- Lead and coach a team of Assistant Managers, helping them set goals and improve performance.
- Hire, develop, and support Assistant and Shift Managers to build a strong team.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service or hospitality/retail locations.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate staff.
- Must be 18 years or older to work at a corporate‑owned and operated restaurant.
