What You'll Do:

• Prepare and review monthly invoices using financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing guidelines and deadlines.
• Analyze unbilled receivables and investigate discrepancies using standard financial reports.
• Research and resolve internal and external customer questions related to billing status and invoices.
• Communicate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and collection issues.
• Support accounts receivable collections and financial reconciliation activities.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or a related finance function.

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with Commercial/Government Contracts, Program Finance (PFA), Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), or Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Experience with payment systems such as WAWF, ExoStar, IPP, MPO, ViaSat, or PLSC.
• Experience in invoice processing and validating project types (Time & Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), or Cost-Plus (CP) invoices.
