Senior Vice President of Operations

Avenlix Digital is a financial startup specializing in options trading. We prioritize prudent decision-making, risk awareness, and efficient execution, and are currently establishing the operational processes and team collaboration frameworks necessary to support our business growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations to establish and lead the company's operational infrastructure. You will collaborate with senior management and teams across trading, technology, finance, and compliance to formulate operational plans, manage day-to-day business activities, and drive process improvements and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Define operational goals, budgets, and performance metrics, and report regularly to senior management.
Establish and optimize daily operational workflows, record-keeping systems, and issue-resolution mechanisms specific to options trading.
Coordinate with trading, technology, finance, and compliance teams to drive the successful execution of cross-departmental projects.
Recruit, develop, and manage the operations team, clearly defining roles and performance standards.
Identify operational risks and implement internal controls and business continuity plans.
Manage external service providers, overseeing service quality, timelines, and costs.
Qualifications
Senior operational management experience in financial services, trading, or related fields.
Familiarity with options trading workflows and associated operational risks.
Experience in team leadership, process development, and cross-departmental project management.
Strong capabilities in budget management, data analysis, communication, and decision-making.
Base Annual Salary: US$180,000–US$240,000 (final amount determined by location, experience, and specific responsibilities).
