About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations to lead the strategic and operational infrastructure that will support its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the Finance and Operations organization, including business operations, financial discipline, and cross-functional processes. This role requires a seasoned executive with a minimum of 12 years' experience in business operations, strategic planning, finance, and executive leadership, particularly within a scaling technology company. The SVP will be a key partner to the CEO and President, translating long-term strategy into executable plans and ensuring that the company's operating model aligns with its growth priorities. Key responsibilities for the SVP include overseeing the company's operating model, legal and governance matters, and championing capital efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maturing finance and operations functions, managing legal matters, and leading through influence across various functions. Experience in SaaS growth metrics, venture financings, and a commitment to capital efficiency are essential. The role also involves executive sponsorship for people operations, compliance, and information security, as well as leading board and investor operations. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or relevant professional certification, and a JD degree is a plus. The candidate should be prepared for a multi-stage interview process and must be eligible to work in the United States.
