Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and gained experience in financial planning, which continues to shape how we support our customers. I attended the University of Central Oklahoma and am married with three children. Family is a big part of who I am, and that carries into how I lead and support my team. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
