As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Blake Jordan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Our agency opened in 2021 and is a team of five built on strong relationships, growth, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and gained experience in financial planning, which continues to shape how we support our customers. I attended the University of Central Oklahoma and am married with three children. Family is a big part of who I am, and that carries into how I lead and support my team. We look for ways to stay involved and give back to the community whenever we can. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
