This executive will shape a patient-first people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and total rewards for hospitals, clinics, and specialty centers. The VP will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, drive culture and engagement initiatives, and partner with leaders to support growth, innovation, and clinical excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and developing HR teams and future leaders.
