Travel Labor and Delivery RN - $2,900 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Torrance, California.

• Shift: Night, 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities:

• Care for mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal condition using external/internal fetal monitoring.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulate/recover C-sections.
• Provide newborn care, APGAR assessments, and neonatal resuscitation.
• Administer medications such as Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, insulin drips, and blood products.
• Manage high-risk pregnancies, obstetric emergencies, postpartum hemorrhage, and pre-eclampsia.
• Perform IV therapy, maintain central lines, and assist with obstetric procedures.
• Float to Mother/Baby (Postpartum) unit as needed.

RequirementsMinimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.Active California RN License.Epic charting experience.Travel experience required.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced (or C-EFM in lieu of AWHONN Advanced).
