Integrated Mental Health Therapist - Primary Care Team

MultiCare Health System is seeking an Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist-BHN to work within a primary care clinic. You will independently perform assessments, develop treatment and care plans, and provide psychosocial therapy to a diverse patient population, collaborating with a primary care/chronic disease management team. You will document in accordance with department standards, utilize tools like PHQ9 and GAD-7, and coordinate with community resources to link and advocate for #J-18808-Ljbffr MultiCare Health System
