Production Operator

Overview Kemin is seeking full‑time Production Operators for our Missouri campus, which includes operations in both Verona and Sarcoxie. Responsibilities Assemble and process raw materials for production. Operate equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot equipment and report any issues. Sample, package, seal, label, palletize, and wrap products correctly. Enter data into the computer system. Operate a forklift. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures and maintain Food Safety Standards. Maintain housekeeping standards. Ensure the quality of finished product meets specifications and is safe for our beloved pets. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Related experience in production is preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Flexibility to work at both the Verona and Sarcoxie sites as needed. Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs. Ability to push, pull, and lift 55 lbs. Ability to solve basic problems.
