Occupational Therapist School Setting - Anoka, MN

Step into an impactful role as a Full Time Occupational Therapist, supporting the educational journey of students for the 2026-2027 school year. As a valued clinician, you'll collaborate with dedicated educators and families, helping a caseload of approximately 40 students achieve success in their academic and daily routines.


Your expertise in providing school-based OT services will be instrumental as you design interventions and support plans tailored for young learners. This is a contract opportunity with a start date of September 8, 2026, ending June 10, 2027. Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Prior experience providing occupational therapy in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to evaluate students and develop individualized intervention plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs affecting participation and learning
• Develop and implement individualized Occupational Therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and parents
• Track and document progress toward established educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Promote adaptive skills that support student independence and success in the classroom
