Location: Brazoria County Jail Texas Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Nights Schedule: 3/4 Rotation | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to an underserved patient population. Assess patients, monitor symptoms, and respond quickly to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation. Perform assessments, emergency interventions, and critical-thinking nursing care. Practice within Texas LVN scope of practice and Southern Health Partners clinical guidelines. Collaborate with an experienced healthcare team committed to outstanding patient care.
